Role Responsibilities

• Drive Beam Suntory’s online sales growth above our competitors' and our categories' trends. Collaborate with key stakeholders (Brands, Insights, CatMan, Markets, etc.) to build winning eCommerce plans for the region, anchored in shopper insights and customer needs.                                                                                

• Develop best in class eRetailer activations across all brands, products and markets. Track timely deployment, campaign originality, goods availability. Measure and report campaign results.
• Prepare frameworks for joint activation planning and joint eBusiness plans with eRetailers. Consistently measure key ranking, traffic, and conversion metrics, and deliver clear and concise reporting to the business on a regular basis.
• Partner with eRetailer Search and eRetailer Content teams which enable the markets to maximize the traffic to BSI's product pages on eRetailer sites as well as maximize the conversion, taking the right ROAS into consideration
• Maintain close connection with Beam Suntory brand teams and eCommerce teams in market-led markets (GER, UK, ESP) to share best practices & influence future growth strategy. Collaborate with other functions internally to mutually grow the online business with retailers. Identify further opportunities for revenue growth through digital eShopper Marketing across the EMEA region.
• Articulate the role of eCommerce as a channel. Define best practices, processes, tools and reporting for ‘eShopper Marketeers’ missions, possessing a complete understanding, from strategic context to execution, of internal and external variables that impact eRetail (Advertising & Promotions, Competitive Landscape, Consumer Preferences, etc...)
• Develop trainings for the local Sales & Marketing teams to insure an ever growing level of self-service deployments. Develop a thorough understanding of the spirits online retail industry, seasonality and business trends/events, and ensure every activation opportunity is evaluated. Research competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities, and provide recommendations based on your findings.


Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a FMCG Trade/Shopper/Customer Marketing or Category Management role
• 2+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce environment/role with a proven track record of delivering results through eCommerce marketing strategies                                                                                                                   • Experience managing Digital Shelf KPIs, digital assets, CMS, and understanding of traffic tactics (Search, Display, CRM and Social)
• Test & learn experience, piloting projects and sharing best practices
• Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
• Highly polished communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting), negotiating and influencing                                                                                                      

• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective and collaborative work relationships   
• Ability to convert numbers into insights and to stay on top of trends
• Superior Analytical skills, data-driven mindset and process oriented
• Learning agility, curiosity and think big attitude
• Able to manage multiple projects, highly organized and detail-oriented                                                                                                                                

• A team leader, comfortable with owning and driving projects, and rolling up sleeves to get things done

•Professional proficiency in English
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the alcoholic beverages industry, and/or experience with premium and luxury goods                                                                                                                                                                                                        

• Experience managing  P&L
• Experience working in a start-up or early stage environment where you had to define best practice for your function would be desirable                                                                                                                                    

• Advanced experience with Excel, or other analytical/Business Intelligence tools (Vendor Central, AMS, etc.)



• University Degree in Marketing, Management, or Commercial Studies. Additional training in eCommerce/Digital highly appreciated. We privilege Smart/Curious/Versatile characters.
