Role Responsibilities

Beam Suntory is seeking a eSearch Specialist to join our EMEA eCommerce Management Unit. The perfect candidate has a keen eye for detail, very strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of paid performance advertising tactics.


The eSearch Specialist is the organization's EMEA region coordinator for:
- Execution of paid search incl. eRetailers' search
- Poviding analytics and insights on the usage and effectiveness of paid performance advertising tactics as well as shopper behavior 


The eSearch Specialist's core mission is to:
- Manage the execution of paid performance campaigns and measure the effectiveness of Beam Suntory's tactics. This role requires sharp analytical skills, as it is the linchpin between people and how they interact with digital technologies.
- Recommend markets how much to spend on paid performance advertisign, building the daily/ weekly/ monthly campaign plan by taking into account local requirements
- Agregate the recommendations into a Regional budget, and defends the budget in the yearly budgeting process
- Track campaign results and sales impact, benchmark advertising costs and ROAS across tactis and Regions
- Educate stakeholders across Beam Suntory's distribution network (eCommerce managers, brand managers, digital marketers, ...) and organizes regular best practice


Your responsibilities include:
• Lead strategic planning across all paid performance campaigns on an ongoing basis and provide direction on budget allocations for Beam Suntory’s brands’ presence
• Continuously liaise with local teams to maintain an up-to-date understanding of their branding/ commercial needs and adapting our approach to paid performance advertising management for them accordingly. Act as a consultant as well as a challenger on PPC plans and investment levels.
• Plan and execute paid performance advertising across the portfolio, pushing the company’s digital agenda forward, leading more shoppers to our eCommerce product pages.
• Deep-dive into various sources of analytics to understand why certain campaign and targeting tactics perform better than the rest and providing actionable insights for local teams backed by data.
• Stay on top of industry changes to ensure our brands are always ahead of the curve on paid performance advertising management
• Act as a subject matter expert and participate in training the rest of the organization develop their knowledge of the digital landscape.


Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1.5+ years experience and previous paid performance advertising experience required. Any previous role in managing digital advertising across multiple markets will give you an edge.
• Advanced experience with Excel, and Business Intelligence tools. Deep understanding of the intricacies in transmitting plans in presentation format (powerpoint) and any KPI enabled format (excel-based tracker).
• This role is project management and process oriented, requiring a solid knowledge of Excel, Asan/Visio/Jira, and/or other planning, analytical, and Business Intelligence tools. 
• Ability to work in as part of an entrepreneurial team and handle multiple tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Experience of planning and executing Google Ads and Amazon Advertising 
• Organization & time management to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Hungry for knowledge and learning latest trends in Search and PPC
• Self starter


Preferred Qualifications:
• Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating
• Professional proficiency in English (required)
• Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team

• Experience in managing campaigns for CPG, FMCG, Alcohol Brands
