Role Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:
• Lead eContent localisation for eRetailers in EMEA & SA, covering pre-production, production and deployment of assets. Collaborate with key stakeholders along the eContent journey, including Brand Houses, Global Digital Marketing, Technical teams and Market eCommerce teams, to deliver best in class eContent assets through the right processes and platforms                                                                          

• Support the creation and management of eRetailer asset catalogs for content in all aspects of eCommerce partner sites, inclusive of item level detail, enhanced item pages, brand pages, category pages, etc...
• Develop and execute process to audit the shopping experience for our brands at top online partners and develop regular reports and content related analytics (e.g. Digital Shelf)
• Build, track and manage database of digital brand assets including managing processes to ensure regular updates and tracking where/how these assets are deployed (e.g. intellectual property rights)
• Find timely solutions for eRetailer/distributor inquiries related to content discrepancies or information requests
• Act as a subject matter expert and participate in training the rest of the organization develop their knowledge of the digital landscape.  


Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4+ years experience and previous digital marketing experience required. Any previous role in managing digital assets across multiple markets and technical platforms will give you an edge.
• Candidates must have a strong understanding of the interactive/digital space with desire for continual learning. You already master the intricacies of transmitting assets in presentation format (PowerPoint), in "re-useable" formats (DAM, CMS) and through machine-to-machine connectors (PIM).
• This role is project management and process oriented, requiring a solid knowledge of Excel, Asan/Visio/Jira, and/or other planning, analytical, and Business Intelligence tools. 
• Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes                                                                                                                                            

• Highly polished communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting), negotiating and influencing                                                                                                                                      

• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective and collaborative work relationships.                                                                                                                                                

• Ability to work in as part of an entrepreneurial team and handle multiple tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.                                                                                  

• A team leader, comfortable with owning and driving projects, and rolling up sleeves to get things done 
• Professional proficiency in English (required)

• People management experience: This person will lead a team of 3 people                                                                                          

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a start-up or early stage environment where you had to define best practice for your function would be desirable                                      



• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field. Candidates with Computer Science or Engineering backgrounds are also welcome to apply. We privilege Smart/Curious/Versatile characters.
