Role Responsibilities
- Lead discussions between Marketing, Region, OU, Supply Chain, and other relevant internal and external global partners to deliver projects on time and escalating project risks and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate as expert on supply chain and project development calls to bring market expertise and support decision making.
- Coordinates project input from multiple cross functional internal and external partners to ensure delivery towards planned activations in market.
- Provide full overview and tracking of all innovation, renovation, and market extension projects for the Domestic International region.
- Owns projects and key contributor for low to medium complex projects, working with cross functional teams to remove any blockers and/or drive process improvements to completion.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the business and interdependencies between countries and interlinked projects.
- Continuous improvement mindset to drive process and system improvements that enable efficient ways of working.
- Ability to work in a global environment with multi-cultural teams to successfully deliver quality products.
Qualifications
3+ years of demonstrated experience in Project Management/Commercialization
Bachelor’s degree Project Management, Supply Chain or business-related field
Level of experience. Demonstrated success in Commercialization roles and influence with cross functional teams in an ever-evolving environment.
Industry experience. Spirits and or food industry experience a plus
System Application. SAP, Planisware, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Must be fluent in the English language (speak, read, write)
