Senior People Solutions Specialist

Role Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Run People Solutions processes and transactions, solving a range of problems and analyzing possible solutions using standard operating procedures and judgment
- Manage entirely employee lifecycle for the respective employee group
- Manage/maintain timekeeping systems and timesheets; review and ensure accuracy and overall absenteeism management
- Administer company benefits being the point of contact between employees and external vendors.
- Collaborate on different Global People Solutions projects, gathering the requirements and working proactively to meet deadlines
- Share key employees changes with payroll, gathering all the information from different sources being able to accomplish the stablished deadlines and work on improvement processes
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding employee relations and general inquiries
- Support with implementing and administering contractual agreement, employee policies and benefits
- Manage data changes within the defined workflow process and approval matrix: terminations, hires, leaves of absence, promotions, progressions, reorganizations, etc
- Collaborate with HRIS Analysts to validate reports and maintain data integrity
- Perform testing on system changes at the direction of the HRIS team
- Contribute to the implementation of projects as a subject matter expert for HR
- Manage documents in employee personnel records
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Support core HR processes by performing all other assigned People Solutions activities correctly, with timeliness and efficiency
- Ensure Employee Relations legal requirements are met at a local level to minimize exposure and liability. Work closely with the different stakeholders within the HR department to comply the Law
- Provide customer service and direct support to address employee and manager issues/enquiries using independent judgment in making decisions based on established methods and procedures. Work closely with the HRBPs on the business needs.
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity. Update knowledge base, program documentation, training materials and templates for future inquiries as required.
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Make regular data audits of the HR information and keep updated the systems with all the HR database
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Law or Human Resources and Labor relations.
- Master’s in human resources
- English high level is a must (C1 at least).
- At least 4 year of experience administering employee data using Success Factors or a similar ERP
- Experience leading projects/ initiatives that require planning the work, collaboration with team members to solve obstacles and complete the work, communication, and training execution
- Understand local legislation and the impact in key HR processes
- Knowledge about work council management
- Experience managing payroll, with high volume of work
- Working under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, desirable in a multinational company.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- High level in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
