Role Overview:
We are seeking an IT Sr Manager for CRM who will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic vision in customer relationship management, specifically focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is pivotal in enhancing our CRM capabilities to deliver personalized and engaging consumer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with additional experience in Salesforce Data Cloud being a significant advantage.
 

Role Responsibilities

•    Execute a strategic vision for CRM that aligns with and supports the broader business objectives, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to optimize customer engagement and retention.
•    Develop a comprehensive understanding of CRM strategies, focusing on customer segmentation, targeted marketing campaigns, data acquisition, and personalized consumer interactions.
•    Lead the technical team responsible for product delivery, ensuring alignment with technical and strategic goals, and drive the technical delivery of all projects involving Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into CRM strategies and initiatives.
•    Drive continuous improvement in CRM processes and methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
•    Maintain hands-on involvement in Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
•    Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other elements of the Salesforce ecosystem, such as Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud and Loyalty Cloud, to enhance data-driven decision-making.
•    Communicate effectively with technical teams, providing guidance and support in developing innovative CRM solutions.
•    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into the CRM strategy.
 

Qualifications

Qualifications:
•    Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with extensive hands-on experience, demonstrating the ability to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions independently.
•    Strong strategic vision and ability to align CRM initiatives with business goals to drive growth and innovation.
•    Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud being a plus.
•    Familiarity with the broader Salesforce ecosystem, including Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud, is highly desirable.
•    Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
•    Proven experience in CRM strategies and digital marketing, with a focus on consumer engagement and personalization.
•    Ability to translate complex business requirements into strategic CRM initiatives.
•    Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to overcoming technical challenges.
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Experience:
•    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CRM and digital marketing, with a particular focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
•    Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver innovative CRM solutions.
•    Strong background in data-driven marketing strategies, with experience in customer segmentation and personalized marketing.
•    Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex CRM concepts into actionable business strategies.
