What makes this a great opportunity?

 

This role provides the opportunity to understand the entire cycle of the Pricing Process. Starting from Pricing Strategy until the deployment of these strategies in the different markets.

This role will allow as well the development of interpersonal skills, as this role requires a high level of coordination with other functions.

 

Role Responsibilities

The role is pivotal to support the design and development of our International Revenue Strategies for existing brand qualities & New product development in alignment with the brand houses. A key component of the role is to interpret global into local guidelines and support the implementation in the different channels/markets. For Non-Brand House brands develop revenue strategies that support brand positioning to optimize value and maximize sustainable growth.

The role involves:
* Ensuring BSI global brand’s pricing strategy aligns with desired brand role, ambition, and positioning. 
* Developing insight and understanding the pricing action and strategy of competitors and how they impact Beam Suntory brands
* Maximizing the perceived consumer value of different brand sizes within the same brand to optimize profitability
* Understanding how the pricing actions of different brands/competitors interact with each other. Using elasticities to predict the impact of price changes to volume, Gross Profit, NSV, at distributor, retailer and consumer level (own, internal, cross elasticities)
* Utilizing insights to communicate revenue strategies and tangible actions to support them
* Supporting the region by working towards an annual harmonized pricing and margin plan, through
utilizing competitor shelf pricing insights and aligning implementation to the brand pricing guidelines. Developing as well a recommendation of price change by brand across the business.
This role will require strong cross functional capabilities, as it will act as a key link between International RGM, the Brand House strategy & finance teams

 

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 8 years experience in financial roles experience in a FMCG environment. Previous RevMan/Pricing experience is beneficial.
* Power point Presentation experience (including preparation and tailoring delivery to audience)
* Proficiency with Windows and MS Office including advanced knowledge of Excel
* Strong language skills fluent in written & spoken English
