What makes this a great opportunity?

You are going to be the RGM leader for the Spanish Market, one of the top markets in the company

 

  • Developing the International Revenue Growth Management Execution approach. 

  • Building the International Revenue Management process, embedding the systems and developing local capabilities in the markets. 

  • Leveraging Business Unit resources to execute the Revenue Management approach 

  • To increase the efficiency of Gross-to-Net and strengthen revenue realization of the business in order to generate fuel to fund continued investments in the brands. 

  • Leading the RGM efforts of the International Region will require the incumbent of this role to set the framework, agenda and drive revenue management capability building across the Business Units.  

  • Assessing RGM market maturity and the identification of quick wins and opportunities across key markets, both short and long term. 

  • This role partners external resources to utilize CATMAN and other insights to develop and recommend Revenue Realization improvement opportunities specifically in relation to trade terms. Develop the appropriate commercial strategies to address these opportunity areas.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop R2M framework specifically targeted across five key building blocks to provide structure: 

  • Market & Portfolio Opportunity Mapping 

  • Channel Architecture 

  • Customer Mix and range 

  • Customer/country trade investment 

  • Promotional Evaluation and ROI 

  • Engage market and assess/evaluate capability maturity and gaps and determine size of prize in the short and long terms against key markets. 

  • Develop program and roadmap to implement RGM framework to capture revenue realization opportunities. 

  • Utilize the global playbook to support building RGM capabilities across the International commercial and marketing organization. 

  • Establish in market RGM execution resource requirements and build out structure to support trade terms analysis and revenue growth strategy development. 

  • Trade Investment and Revenue Growth Execution; Identification of specific, measurable opportunities and scenarios to increase revenue realization through application of mix modeling and associated strategies. 

  • In partnership within market commercial organization, identify opportunity and develop analytical solutions to set objectives, evaluate & optimize trade promotions on global brands. 

  • Work effectively cross functionally, particularly across sales, marketing and finance, to ensure joined up and alignment on revenue growth strategy development, the testing, analytics and modeling tools (TPM). 

  • Develop tools and presentation formats for commercial cycle e.g. Customer segmentation, Promo analysis etc 

  • Maintain and adapt global tools for regional needs and establish fit with wider commercial training programme

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA University degree- BS/BA or equivalent 

  • 1-3 years as a senior RGM Manager in a FMCG or CPG environment 

  • Strong Power point Presentation experience (including preparation and delivery) 

  • Proficiency with Windows and MS Office including advanced knowledge of Excel 

  • Strong language skills fluent in written & spoken English.  

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills effectively manage & manipulate large amounts of data across multiple currencies to create actionable & commercial insights 

  • Ability to dissect and analyze large volumes of data to extract key challenges & develop suggestions for improvement. 

  • Ability to partner with key markets, Commercial & Finance functions 

  • Ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a wider team 

  • Gravitas to influence the organization effectively and educate the International business on all revenue management levers 

  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment, collaborating and working remotely with the business units, the functional teams and global teams. 

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with an advanced knowledge of the MS Office 

  • Cultural awareness & good interpersonal skills.
