What makes this a great opportunity?

 

The International Marketing team is standing up a Digital Marketing group to help establish and manage optimized brand digital ecosystems across each of our markets in the International region.  This team will play a pivotal role in connecting the strategies and assets of BSI’s global Brand Houses with the needs and opportunities of the markets and channels – and in particular, working closely with our new eCommerce channel team to support expansion of BSI’s eBusiness.  The team will also be counted on to extend global Digital Marketing best practices to the region and to key markets to support critical digital strategies and ensure excellence in execution.  

 

Beyond its focus on Digital Marketing, this team will also extend its expertise more broadly over time to include consumer/trade touchpoint strategy.  The team will establish, align, and deploy best practice frameworks and guidance around touchpoint prioritization, while also supporting markets’ media agency relationships and media strategy development to best deliver against brand/market strategies.

 

The Digital Marketing & Social Manager role, in particular, will provide important support as the new team establishes the necessary resources and processes for an optimized Digital Marketing capability in the region.  More specifically, this position will play an active role in the execution and measurement of Digital and Social programs in conjunction with local marketing teams, ensuring optimal delivery.  He/she will facilitate global and priority-market digital asset distribution to non-resourced markets in the region.  And where needed, the role will lead/support the development of local market digital assets and adaptations.

 

A specific focus of this role will be to lead best practice and execution support for non-resourced local markets around Social Marketing, Digital Influence, website localization and traffic-optimization, Search, and local CRM initiatives.
 

 

Role Responsibilities

 

•    Partner with local markets on prioritization of focus/spend by media touchpoint, by taking into account local spirit advertising requirements, media/touchpoint best practices and ecosystem framework
•    Provide local consultation on Search optimization, CRM-driving initiatives, website localization and traffic-optimization as needed for local markets, and in accordance with Global best practice
•    Provide Social/Influencer strategy development, engagement expertise and guidance as needed for non-resourced local markets
•    Identify and transfer best practices across the region in accordance with Global best practice
•    Support Regional Advocacy, On and Off-Trade teams with creation of digital asset toolkit needs
•    Collaborate with 3rd party digital agencies and local teams to develop content/assets as needed for non-resourced markets 
•    Oversee and manage the coordination and adaptation of global assets/content for use in non-resourced International markets, ensuring compliance/alignment with Brand House standards
•    Drive regional adaptation and programming including redemption, rewards, incentives of Global CRM programs
•    Use systems of analytics and insights to determine effectiveness of Media and Campaigns
•    Work with local teams to ensure Media and digital assets meet or exceed goals

 

 

 

 


 

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
•    Great depth of knowledge/familiarity with and passion for the Digital platform and Social landscape
•    Outstanding project management and organizational skills, to apply across multiple markets and brands
•    Broad knowledge of digital marketing (SEM, Paid Social, Mobile, Display), offline marketing (TV & OOH) and CRM (email, push notification, web push and customer segmentation).Organizational / critical thinking skills  to recommend and manage through new Digital/Media processes, in response to needs/opportunities of the business
•    Proficient in use of social tools (brandwatch, hootsuite) to measure KPIs and ensure continuous reporting on progress and optimization of regional key initiatives
•    Experience in the area of production and e-Content management
•    Ability to flex in response to evolving business priorities and operate under pressure in a fast-paced business environment
•    Self-starter, flexible, comfortable working in unstructured environment, and able to manage multiple priorities effortlessly. 
•    Proactive way of working and ability to work remotely and independently from stakeholders and colleagues in a matrix organization.
•    Agency/outside partner collaboration
•    Strong attention to detail and willingness to see through execution specifics to ensure excellence

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
•    5+ years in AlcBev/FMCG Marketing or Food/Drink Digital roles
•    Experience developing Brand Digital and Social Strategies
•    Expertise in Digital plan best practices – Search, Social, Website, Content / Asset optimization
•    Experience working within cross-functional team initiatives
•    Familiarity with Digital/Social execution evaluation, measurement, and continual improvement practices
