Lead Analyst - Web & eCommerce

What makes this a great opportunity?

This position will be part of Global Digital Delivery team and will sit at a crucial juncture and take a leadership role to drive exceptional experiences though web and owned channel. The role will work very closely with cross functional team consisting of Global & Regional Digital Marketing teams, eCommerce, Brands, Enterprise Architecture and Digital Technologies teams to plan and execute the projects & initiatives.

The role will primarily responsible for delivering ecommerce capability for different eCommerce models.  Working with a global cross functional team, the role will utilize agile methodology, enterprise architect standards, security and privacy policies channel, market and brand strategies.


Role Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business users as trusted partner to obtain and document all the user stories/business requirements, identify areas for digitalization, and then assist in prioritizing delivery of solutions
  • Work with engineering team to build and deliver against the Digital Marketing, regional brands and local markets roadmap.
  • Delivery projects through an agile methodology, working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to establish project plans, risk management plans, project milestones and deliverables using agile framework and principles. 
  • Ensure all project delivery is following the PMO methodology including Enterprise Architecture procedures. 
  • Drive delivery of solutions leveraging offshore team (close coordination needed with global architect and offshore teams).
  • Be able to write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, problem solving and troubleshooting, defining integrated landscape working with solution and enterprise architect etc
  • Effectively manage testing, deployment and change management.  Working with cross functional team in IT and with the stakeholders to plan and execute effectively.


Qualifications & Experience

Experience & Qualifications

  • Must have English proficiency
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in Global technology role; last 4-5 years in the Digital Technology including website and ecommerce design, build and rollout with localization in different languages
  • Strong understanding of Drupal. Hands on experience a plus.
  • Knowledge working with Magento or similar commerce tools is required. Hands on experience a plus.
  • Experience working with offshore engineering teams required
  • Experience in working with digital projects using an agile project management framework
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics including SEO, A/B testing, localization, and data modeling is plus
  • Nice to have experience with SalesForce (Marketing and Service cloud), DAM & PIM and integration patterns
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including user story creation, backlog prioritization, coordination with scrum teams and UAT is required
  • Domestic and international travel may be required
