We have a great opportunity to develop our brands in the Retail Channel and bring our brands to our consumers lifes at home. This role is a great opportunity because it will give the person the opportunity to work on one of the biggest retailers in the country in perfect coordination with other departments to create great plan and implementations.



Role Responsibilities


- Responsible for co-managing and creating the relationship with one of the biggest retailers in the country

- Creating commercial and financial strategies of value for our clients, following the defined commercial system, in order to develop the portfolio of BSE brands in our costumers in Off trade and develop strategic long term partnership.

- Prepare the scenarios to have business and commercial development discussions with the client. Create and track the annual plan tracking and making the analysis on the accomplishments.

- Make correct analysis to track sales, distribution, campaigns to give support to our client implementing correctly the brands to increase their sales

- Collaborate and coordinate actions in the client with Commercial Marketing (Trade Marketing), Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, and Marketing department to implement correctly our brand and consumer strategy in the Point of sales

- Reporting line: National Account Manager who manages the account.




Qualifications & Experience

- Desirable at least one year of commercial experience in similar positions (KAM jr, Point of Sale Executive) Horeca commercial positions or at least 2 years of experience in retail trade marketing positions.

- Demonstrated experience in creating fluent relationships  with the key interlocutors in our customers and with all those cross-functional internal functions related to the position such as Commercial Marketing department, Finance and Marketing teams.

- Enjoying having and hibryd work between analyticals and relationships

- Desirable background in negotiation knowledge (GAP or similar) and P&L knowledge at NSV level 

- Able to lead negotiations in English
