Role Responsibilities

The Analyst reports to Senior Manager Supply Chain Decision Support

Responsibilities include
•    Key finance support for International S&OP function, will partner with the business to prepare CFG and Dry Goods forecasts, report actuals, and analyze variances.
•    Track International E&O, responsible for preparing E&O calculations, identifying slow moving inventory & integration with the S&OP global initiatives in wider approach
•    Support S&OE function for INT&APAC in-market logistics (Cost to Serve) and Primary Freight/Ocean Freight areas, through the preparation of monthly reports
•    Support the S&OE Enterprise Productivity initiatives.
•    Key finance support for International & APAC S&OE function, will partner with the business to prepare in-market logistics (Cost to Serve) and Primary Freight/Ocean Freight areas reporting actuals, forecasts and analyze variances.
•    Support the development and coordination of the budget of the in-market logistics (Cost to Serve) and Primary Freight/Ocean Freight areas.
•    Support Global S&OP and S&OE team with IT initiatives, supporting build out of first in class inventory management & logistics systems
•    Partner with Global S&OP, Logistics, and S&OE team to understand supply and demand risks, escalate subsequent financial impact to Global Supply, Global S&OP & Fulfillment and Global Supply Chain Finance

Qualifications

Education - Finance, Accounting or equivalent degree
Years of experience – 2-4 years’ work experience in Finance / Accounting
Level of experience - individual contributor
Travel % Less than 10%
