Role Overview:
We are seeking an IT Sr Manager for Consumer Data to define and execute a visionary strategy in consumer data analytics. This role is pivotal in shaping how we harness data to drive insights and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. The successful candidate will have a technical background in data engineering and visualization, with proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and PowerBI.

• Architect data solutions with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in data engineering and visualization projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize predictive analytics to forecast consumer behavior, leveraging statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, providing guidance and support in developing cutting-edge data solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into the consumer data strategy.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Strong strategic vision and ability to align data initiatives with business goals to drive growth and innovation.
• Background in consumer analytics, particularly within the digital marketing domain.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Proven experience in data engineering and visualization, with expertise in GCP and PowerBI.
• Experience in data architecture, with a strong capability to design and implement robust data solutions.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into strategic data initiatives.
• Strong and demonstrated experience in data warehousing concepts, proficiency in SQL and BigQuery, expertise in GCP services like Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Cloud Composer, experience with ETL/ELT tools, scripting languages like Python
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to overcoming technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, with a particular focus on consumer analytics within the digital marketing space.
• Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams to deliver innovative data solutions.
• Extensive experience with data engineering and visualization tools, specifically GCP and PowerBI, with proficiency in similar platforms being advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic data initiatives that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong background in data architecture, with experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, translating complex data concepts into actionable business strategies.
