Role Responsibilities

Internal Communication:

• Create innovative ways to communicate and share our People agenda to our employees in the International Region.
• Ensure there are frequent and robust communication platforms throughout the International Region.
• Work in close partnership with the Global Supply Chain Fulfilment and S&OP teams to update their SharePoint site as well as training users on the platform.
• Support translation for various newsletters including the Suntory University and DEI.

Development:

• Coordinate the roll out of our Supply Chain and S&OP Competency framework and provide support to the teams as needed.
• Support the Development planning agenda, by ensuring we can foster career growth with 70/20/10 development initiatives.
• Become a super user of our Learning Management System to create the purposeful resources and tracking of people development initiatives (Leadership Competencies training), as well as documenting and creating processes.
• Support Senior HR Managers on the creation and delivery of meaningful programs to develop our first line leaders people management capabilities.
• Coordinate the delivery of leadership trainings at the plants, in terms of participants, timing, materials and resources needed.

Recruitment:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and learning opportunities to provide useful techniques/tips to build their interviewing skills whilst ensuring a consistently fair approach.

DE&I:

• Encourage an inclusive working environment by following up on the engagement and DEI action plans, supporting initiatives and events as needed.
• Actively act as an ally building bridges for new employees to understand and participate on the work developed by the workstream within the International Region.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: University degree in Human Resources, Law, Labor Relations or Marketing with a keen interest in pursuing an HR career
• Certifications/Licensure: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or Communications is a plus
• Years of experience: No experience is required for this Internship
• Travel 10%
• Based in Madrid
• Languages: Highly proficient in English, Spanish and French is a plus
