Role Responsibilities

• Be a strong partner to the Finance community in the International Region
• Develop innovative solutions with a focus on efficient data and technology use.
• Strong cross functional business partnering with international stakeholders like FP&A, Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, S&OP, E-Com, IT or Brand Houses.
• Combine business acumen and data science skills to guide business leaders how new technology and data science methods can make a difference.
• Secure sustainable project management with excellent handovers across the organization.
• Pro-actively identify potentials for new technology solutions and provide innovative scalable approaches to enrich decision making process
• Act as a challenger and consultant for the status quo and co-lead change management process.
• Act as translator between business needs and IT requirements. Lead the finance community digital transformation.
• Acting as promotor for data literacy within the organization.
• Ensure operational excellence and “One Beam Suntory Way” for tools and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred

• +5 years’ experience within FMCG required + Complementary roles in Finance or Data Management/ Business Intelligence or Business Analytics.
• Degree in Business Analytics with finance background.
• Complementary Master’s degree in data science or Business Analytics combined with Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability and experience with managing, analyzing & manipulating large datasets and formulating business metrics for decision making with an excellent analytical thinking.
• Strong Microsoft suite skills: Microsoft Excel, Power Point, PowerPivot, Power Query (MDX), DAX, Power BI or related Business intelligence tools.
• Basic Knowledge: SAP ERP, SAP Hana, SAP EDW experience is a plus
• Experience with data analytics programming languages R/Python and applying machine learning algorithm for clustering, classification, text mining, regression
• Experiences in Project Management and Change Management having entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong time manager, able to prioritize a diverse workload and deadlines
• Curious & versatile character that embraces & encourages new solutions with a creative mindset.
• Ability to work well in a culturally and functionally diverse environment and be highly flexible.
• Self-starter, curiosity, desire and ability to think beyond surface level, dive deeper into analysis and data
• Strong pro-active mindset to solve complex problems, focus on results and continued curiosity to challenge status-quo
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write)
