E-commerce is the future for our retailers and consumer. In this role you will have the opportunity to learn how to create great commercial relationships with our customers within this channel and have a deep experience on how to empower or commercial and marketing activities to create growth in the channel and for our brands.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive Beam Suntory’s online sales P&L, growth above our competitors' and our categories' trends.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Brand teams and engage with the International region to ensure best in class activations across all brands, products and customers.
  • Track timely deployment of activation campaigns, planning and brilliant execution. Measure and evaluate campaign results.
  • Prepare frameworks for joint activation planning and joint eBusiness plans with eRetailers. Consistently measure key ranking, traffic, and conversion metrics, and deliver clear and concise reporting to the business on a regular basis.
  • Partner with eRetailer Search and eRetailer Content teams which enable the markets to maximize the traffic to BSI's product pages on eRetailer sites as well as maximize the conversion, taking the right ROAS into consideration
  • Sales Forecasting.
  • Ensure perfect digital shelf across all eRetailer’s

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience as KAM/ sales executive/eCommerce environment role with a proven track record of delivering result
  • Great Plus if experience in the alcoholic beverages industry (BWS), and/or experience with premium and luxury goods
  • Demosntrated experience launching a new sales channel, or working in a start-up or early stage environment where you had to define best practice for your function would be desirable
  • Advanced experience with Excel, and other analytical/Business Intelligence tools (Vendor Central, AMS, etc.)
  • Experience managing P&L, accruals and rebates, price implementations, creating customer annual plans
  • Test & learn experience, piloting projects and sharing best practices
  • Demostrate experience to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes
  • Highly polished communication skills, negotiating and influencing
  • Analytical skills, data-driven mindset and process oriented
  • Learning agility, curiosity and think big attitude
  • Demostrated experience to work in a high-energy, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Professional proficiency in English
