The Connections (Media, Digital & CRM) team plays a key role in assuring that Beam Suntory España stays at the forefront across all the touchpoints to connect with our consumers (Paid, Owned & Earned & Shared Media), ensuring that our brands area as relevant today as they have ever been. 

The Digital & CRM Strategist plays an important role in helping our brands and brand houses understand the breadth and depth of opportunity in thinking about full funnel across the entire consumer journey. It is also responsible for sourcing technology start-ups and driving the in-market test & learn agenda across integrated communications and activations.

 

Role Responsibilities

As Digital & CRM Strategist you will play a leadership role in developing innovative, data-driven, multi-dimensional strategies and tactics to improve the relevance of our brands and consumer engagement, and an implementation lead role in helping bring those strategies to life.  You will also be responsible for driving digital innovation across a fast-paced digital and e-commerce landscape (for consideration), leading and influencing deep integration of our agenda across all players, understanding needs, ways of working and opportunities.

  • Provide technical expertise to support and enhance digital initiatives to meet overall brand & business objectives
  • Championing online industry best practice and bringing new technical opportunities to the team continually raising the bar –i.e. sourcing technology start-ups and driving the in-market test & learn,… and establish a robust and effective process for knowledge and best-practice sharing
  • Lead the development and implementation of  CRM Marketing initiatives for our brands, as a key part of their communications footprint, with cross-functional stakeholders and consistently review and improve how we use a multitude of data sources we have access to for various marketing initiatives.

 

 

CRM / Full funnel lead

  • Design, develop and implement a consumer CRM project for our strategic brands.
  • Proactively create, monitor, and grow contact database inclusive of; net new contacts, emailable contacts, building new contact acquisition, retention and win-back strategies to ensure our contact database is always growing in a healthy way.
  • Implementation for the Company Data ecosystem and the future development of the Consumer Data strategy (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Party).
  • Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to identify and execute against key initiatives to improve our media audience targeting capabilities through the usage of 1st and 3rd party data via a DMP (Data Management Platform).
  • Pursues data quality, troubleshoots data validation, and sees issues to resolution.
  • Provides guidance and support to stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals.
  • Identify further CRM initiatives by working with commercial teams (Trade Marketing, Commercial Heads (MT), National Accounts and business stakeholders to build out requirements and work with corresponding teams to implement.
  • Stays up to date on CRM and email best practices and industry insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end to meet objectives and deadlines.

 

Digital Consultant

  • Supervision of consumer data collection and protection in accordance with GDPR.
  • Website management & SEM/SEO optimization.
  • Observe local trends on Branded Content
  • Promote Brand Power & Consideration collaborating with Ecommerce: guarantee best meaningful & quality credentials/content & define new opportunities.
  • Digital Innovation & Incubation: ways of working, processes, technology, enablers (Digital platforms and marketing technology research, selection and implementation)
  • Identify cutting-edge Ad technologies to guarantee campaign effectiveness
  • Be the subject matter expert for Digital Strategic Partnerships (eg. Google Partnership) and identify opportunities for the brands

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of work experience in digital marketing
  • Strong experience in CRM and  engagement marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle
  • Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and consumer insights into successful marketing strategies
  • Strong strategy and analytics skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish

 

  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class member experiences
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce platforms
