What makes this a great opportunity?

This fixed term position is part of the newly created Customer Collaboration team in Spain and will work closely with our Distributor partners and cross-functional supply chain teams, processing customer orders to get product to market.


To build and maintain relationships among Distributors, Sales, Compliance, Operations, GBS, IT and all other relevant internal and external departments involved in OTC processes.



Role Responsibilities

Manage the life cycle of domestic purchase orders. Ensure that both manual and EDI orders get verified and accurately entered in SAP and the Distributors receive appropriate confirmation and communication.


  • First point of contact for our customers to follow up on orders, invoices, and other queries
  • Review of customer orders coming from Salesforce or EDI and in some cases, uploading them directly into SAP
  • Solve any queries that come up with Supply, Sales and the logistics operator in order to ensure the correct delivery and invoicing.
  • Provide additional information to the credit team in order to release orders.
  • Support and follow up on customer allocations
  • Support and solve any queries to achieve an adequate account management.
  • Analyze customer accounts, manage ageing and debt recovery
  • Review and share service KPI’s with customers to establish improvement plans.
  • Proactively seek synergy opportunities in collaboration with customers.
  • Manage price or invoice deviations
  • Management of the company's main accounts

  • Interpersonal and communication skills at different levels and with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to focus and multitask under pressure and with short deadlines.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience managing customers in a customer service team
  • SAP knowledge (Customer Services module)
  • Spanish language proficiency as all customers is local
  • Experience working with Salesforce desirable
  • Experience in Consumer Goods industry
