Mission of Role
Suntory Global Spirits is looking for a Sales and Commercial IT Salesforce Analyst with analytical, problem solving, solution-oriented individual who will be a member of the Global IT Sales and Commercial Excellence team reporting to International Sales and CE Director. The person will work cross-functionally, including Sales, Commercial Excellence, Commercial finance and Operations, SAP COE, cross-IT teams and external partners, with the primary objective of enabling business capabilities supporting the user community, driving adoption, managing on-going enhancements, operations and maintenance of internal applications to meet strategic objectives. This role is critical in the strategic direction of the International Commercial Excellence Agenda been a key pillar to achieving standardizing processes & technology, and accelerate speed to market, increasing business agility & empowering resources at scale.

• Understanding of Company offerings including features and benefits, market position, competitive products, sales activities, etc.
• Work cross-functionally to drive initiatives that can be delivered in scale and are consistent with the International Commercial Excellence Agenda.
• Partner closely with key Business users, IT Managers and IT Vendors enriching collaboration.
• Operate and maintain tools providing high level user support and work to drive user adoption.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert of the processes and applications.
• Manage data security within applications to ensure Suntory audit, compliance and best practices are being executed
• Identify and define together with key Business user’s new requirements identifying pain points with focus on global/standard solutions
• Able to guide IT functional teams and business sharing best practices for building processes and solutions
• Provide ongoing training for users as well as updates and education on new features, benefits, reports, etc.
• Develop and maintain system and process documentation
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Drive adoption through communication and training (one on one, group, webinars).
• Investigate modern technology used for Sales and Commercial Excellence use-cases to solve core business challenges and to enable growth and productivity
• Capable of working and leading different types of project management frameworks (i.e.: agile, waterfall)
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or similar degree (not a must)
• Years of experience: 5-7 years of working with CPG company supporting Sales processes
• Level of experience: Technical background, Sales application experience required
• Industry experience: CPG and Sales preferable but not required
• Project Management experience following traditional/waterfall and agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com (Sales, Consumer Goods Cloud and CRM Analytics) and SAP systems desired
• Experience working with large data sets and business intelligence tools, i.e. CRM Analytics, Power BI, Google Cloud Platform
• Self-motivated, focused on continuous skill development and growth
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in fast paced environment
• Role based in Madrid, Spain
• Travel less than 10% (if any)
