This position will drive the demand forecasting creation process and facilitate the Demand Review as part of the effective implementation of S&OP.
Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for Demand Planning processes including Demand Review meeting
- Responsible for full horizon forecasts for the entire range of products with constant monitoring of the sales
- Creation and maintenance / updating of forecast profiles for the various brands of the assortment as well as data cleansing
- Analysis of forecast deviations including recommendations for appropriate measures to optimize forecast accuracy
- Responsible for continuously improving Forecast Accuracy on a weekly and/or monthly level
- Back Up for other Demand Planners
- Active collaboration with commercial teams, marketing, customer service and distributors
- Close collaboration with international Supply Chain and fulfilment team
- Provide adequate support and cover for Supply Chain Department
Qualifications
- Relevant degree/ education
- Years of relevant experience 4-6 (FMCG preferred)
- Experience in working with SAP and proficient in MS Excel. Knowledge of IBP is an advantage.
