This role will provide support across all Sales projects, and initiatives for the UK team, which will give a great insight into the world of Sales and Marketing at Suntory Global Spirits. This is a new role that an individual can make their own and be an integral part of a winning and inclusive team.

Role Responsibilities

Support for the Sales team - focus and priorities mirror the commercial activity calendar.  

 

Core responsibilities: 
•    Support organizing internal Sales team events.
•    Supporting external key commercial/ customer events including invites and ticket management 
•    Customer guest management for meeting arrivals
•    On Trade ‘Gemba’ coordination for key Sales dept. stakeholders 

General
•    Partner with PA to managing Director with large internal event organisation. 
•    Support with effective diary management for key meetings across Sales 
•    General administrative duties to support both Sales Directors including and complex travel and logistics planning.

Qualifications

•    Experience supporting Sales, marketing, commercial marketing teams in a similar role
•    Knowledge or interest in the spirits industry 
•    Knowledge of London (accounts, accommodation, transportation etc) 
•    Excellent Communication, Planning and Organization skills
•    Team Player - Ability to build rapport and effective working relationships
•    Problem solving and proactive – taking accountability for tasks with a “Can do” attitude 
•    Attention to detail and accuracy 
•    Strong organisation and prioritisation of tasks 
•    Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines 
•    Capacity to manage issues and escalate appropriately. 
•    MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
•    Ability to think broadly and creatively.
