Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager role presents a great opportunity to build on your marketing skills & experience and impact on key pulse moments for our Bourbon and wider portfolio brands throughout the year.
Role Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director on the implementation of UK brand plans

Coordinate activation plans for key micro moments and occasions throughout the year across activation, social media and PR.

Play a role in the delivery of campaigns in key pulse moments

Demonstrate commercial mindset by working with the On and Off Trade Sales teams to support Bourbon and portfolio brand activations showing up consistently, and delivering key messages.

Take ownership of monthly brand performance reporting using insight and effective data analysis to support your work and the wider work of the Marketing team

Support effective budget management and provide financial support for the brand team

Coordinate the day-to-day relationship in partnership with the PR Manager, with our PR agency and partner brilliantly with influencers.
Qualifications
- Previous Marketing experience
- Experience of supporting teams with administrative tasks
- Innovative, curious and creative with a passion for quality execution
- Ability to build & maintain quality relationships with key internal stakeholders and external customers
- Able to manage multiple projects across tight timelines
- Good written communication
- Understanding of using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Microsoft Teams in a professional setting
