As an Off Trade Account Executive Wholesale, Convenience & Specialists, you will play a key role supporting the building of successful, mutually beneficial relationships with our Off Trade customers. You will utilise your knowledge and experience to ensure our customers needs are met while working in partnership with the Senior National Account Manager Wholesale & Convenience and National Account Manager, Convenience, to help us grow our brands in line with our mission to be the worlds most admired premium spirits company

Role Responsibilities

· Co-own the development of the annual customer plan for wholesale & convenience with your team

· Support & co-own the customer propositions and overall delivery of customer & brand goals for our key wholesale & convenience customers.

· Ownership of customer management on day to day queries, issues across all areas of the customer relationship.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all wholesale & convenience account-related matters.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

· Support the wholesale & convenience NAM & SNAM in regular business reviews with customer to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.

· Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and

competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

· Administrative tasks (invoice processing, tool maintenance, data maintenance such as prices and conditions in our systems)

· Preparation of reports and presentations as required

· Preparation and follow-up of customer visits, correspondence with customers

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a similar account management / support role in the FMCG industry.

· Previous experience in working with wholesale & convenience customers is advantageous

 

Key skills and behaviours

· Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
