What makes this a great opportunity?

Casa Sauza Heritage Center has different income business, one of the primaries are the tours, tastings and daily operation. This position will help the execution of the trolleys, Jimas and will help on tours at the distillery  

We currently have that position since 2008 (tour guide) the number of activities and volume of tours is getting bigger, and we don’t have the staff needed for a proper operation.

Role Responsibilities

Role Mission

1. Execute activities and tour operations.
2. Driver of the Trolleys
3. Vip tours 
4. Jima execution
5. Follow up and development of students groups and walk in visitors

Role specifically

1. Being one of the most effective tour operations on the region (as touristic attraction)
2. Maintain a regular flow of people thru the HC facilities that will help us to build a top of mind destination
3. Execute a logistics that will help the tours, events, social events, restaurant & trolleys

Measurable indicators

1. The Organic Growth would be at least 12% per year, additional help will allow us to go up to 16%
2. Maintain an operational flow that will help us to use trolleys instead of 2 per hour aiding to increase sales and visitors

Job Responsibilities:

Execute tours thru the week and host bilingual visitors

Aid Operations supervisor to execute daily operations

Qualifications & Experience

Education- High School degree

Certifications/Licensure- No needed

Years of experience1

Level of experience- junior level

Industry experience- no needed

Travel %- no

Additional qualifications desired:  Hosting groups, tours, and logistics desirable
