To manage the HR process in PROFOA in addition with the manage and control of the assistence control system in PROFOA, creating all the reports needed in PROFOA to take quickly desitions in HR process
Role Responsibilities
1. Recruitment of personnel at the operational level.*
2. Selection of personnel at the operational level.*
3. Hiring of personnel at the operational level.*
4. Reception of documentation for newly hired personnel and preparation of files.
5. Sending personnel registrations to the Human Resources Generalist.
6. Preparation of incidents in the area and sending them to the Human Resources Generalist Agave Sr.*
7. Support in training and coaching.*
8. Administration, control, registration and preparation of reports to assist the biometrics of the assigned operations and the other regions and support processes.*
9. Development of control panels using innovative technologies that allow rapid decision-making in the human resources process.*
18. Control and registration of the area's workforce*.
19. Registration and monitoring of personnel discharge.*
Qualifications
Power Bi
Advanced Excel
Knowledge of creating and managing databases
Bachelor's degree in computer systems or similar
