Roles Responsibilities

  • Execute specific promotions for building distribution efficiencies specific to the market requirements.
  • Drive performance led investment culture with regular review across various investment inputs (Brand Ambassadors, visibility, consumer promotions, tertiary inputs, new launch plans).
  • Closely monitor the market and competitive landscape to evaluate existing and upcoming opportunities/ challenges and provide hands-on Gemba insights to the stakeholders
  • Monitor distribution of POSM stock across market as per targets, timeliness, and territory requirements
  • Act as a pivot in the market to ensure alignment & coordination between the on-field requirement of sales team and the planned promotional initiatives to be rolled-out in the region

Role Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Market/s Commercial team and Regional Commercial Marketing Manager to firm up the annual plan for the Off-Trade, On Trade, Wedding & CSD channel within the market.
  • Collaborate with the ZSM/ RCMM on channel segmentation.
  • Accountable for driving Execution Excellence for all the channel inputs – Off Trade, On-Trade, Wedding & CSD.
  • Work closely with the ZSM to form the strategy for Must-win accounts delivering Halo accounts, Halo execution, Hakozukuri accounts, Wall Bays etc.
  • Helping the ZSM/RCMM on negotiations to close agreements on Visibility /Space and tracking identified KPI’s of these outlets
  • Responsible for tracking and maintenance of visibility initiatives (Halo, Hokozukuri, Wall bays/ Paid Shelfs) as well as all semi-permanent assets at Off and On Trade outlets.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Graduate/MBA
  • Analytical bend mindset
  • Strong at Microsoft Excel.
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in the Channel with a minimum of 2 years of Managerial experience in Alcobev/ relevant industries
  • Travel within city limits
