Sales Manager On Premise  

 

Mission

This person will be responsible for

  • Maintaining and growing strategic On-Premise accounts
  • Build & drive profitable volume & brand mix growth in compliance with Beam code, local laws and regulations
  • Increase brand presence and trials of relevant and strategically important brands
  • Maintain & forge regional, chain or national alliances and tie ups
  • Set up systems and processes for smooth and better execution of on premise accounts

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of and experience in the beverage alcohol industry (trade, excise laws & distribution) will be preferred
• An individual with high energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, extremely well groomed and sophisticated
• Should have the ability to take a large potential account, identify each stakeholder within the organisation and grow the account significantly in revenue, product range and penetration
• Motivated & uses their own initiative
