Role Responsibilities

  • Led the Wedding and Banquet business for Hyderabad – providing an opportunity to indulge and interact with our Brands.
  • Identifying and executing weddings, corporate, and social gathering events
  • Build relationships with partners – Clients and Venues
  • Negotiate deals and ensure all agreed deliverables are executed with excellence in the right way
  • Working closely with LM, Commercial marketing, and Advocacy team to get the deliverable met – Brand, Branding, Cocktails curation, Menus, Bar etc.
  • Liase with the off-trade team to identify and mapping the right depot for stock supply
  • Managing vendors and coordinating to ensure timely deployment of services.
  • Claim settlements.
  • Securing and tracking the number of events done and budget on monthly basis
  • Capturing, Updating and Sharing market best practices including competitors’ activity to LM constantly

Qualifications

  • Graduate/MBA in marketing.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Banquet sales in the Hotel industry
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates high levels of adaptability, flexibility, a team player with problem solving and relationship management skills.
