Role Responsibilities

• Focus and meet objective of driving volume, revenue, product mix and distribution growth from On-Premise Channel and achieve volume objectives in assigned territory through effective territory coverage and activation plans
• Ensure 100% availability of Beam Portfolio in assigned territory with lead brand visible in the outlets
• Work with consumer marketing, sales team and brand team leaders to decide marketing action plan like sampling, on premise promotions, events etc. for assigned outlets
• Implement sales call per collage norms in assigned Key Accounts
• Drive sales development initiatives like Visibility programs, Distribution expansion and efficiency building programs. In addition, help the immediate manager in designing / recommending market development initiatives basis competitor activities and market intelligence.
• Ensure receivables are within agreed company norms, Credit Control is implemented while planning sales for the month and beyond
• Play an active role in resolving any customer service-related matters, conflicts and escalate any issues to immediate manager for timely resolution
• Drive sales automation programs and data analysis using latest IT tools for superior results
• Manage performance evaluation and appraisals for sales representatives.
• Develop behavioral and disciplinary standards for employees.

 Qualifications & Experience

A graduate/MBA with 8 + years ‘experience. Ideally worked in Alco-Beverage industry/ hospitality industry
