Role Responsibilities

•    Support and contribute to development brand positioning & development of local strategies, align with brand vision and target customer demographics in Vietnam
•    Collaborate with Commercial Lead / Trade Marketing in each market to drive execution of marketing initiatives aligned to brand and market priorities to meet immediate and long-term strategic growth objectives of the brand
•    Strategize development & deployment of marketing assets & optimize brand consistency by working with Global and local teams
•    Support budget management and overview of all market level A&P spend for brand marketing activities, including effective monthly budgeting and PO/payment/Invoice management
•    Support to monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to respond to changing markets and competitive conditions.
•    Embrace building relationship culture through field visits for up-to-date knowledge on market activities/ trends, monitor implementation of marketing and promotional campaign, obtain direct feedback from local team, distributors and customers.
•    Building relationships and rapport with key internal stakeholders and Global/Regional brand team
•    Own and manage the internal process such as new product development, seasonal launches, liquid tasting, and research
•    Liaison with event/PR/media/creative agencies to formulate campaigns and promotional materials


•    Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or its equivalent 
•    4-5 years relevant brand management/digital marketing experience preferred.
•    Ability to influence and partner with all external stakeholders (agencies, sales agent)
•    Understand in cultivating trusting & inclusive relationships with key external & internal partners in diverse cultures. 
•    Demonstrated strong planning and organizational skills to deliver excellence in execution.
•    Has growth mind & curiosity to always learn 
•    Meticulous to details and numbers, and able to follow-through with stakeholders
•    Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
•    Experience in alcohol industry would be a plus
