S&OP Data Administrator  (m/f/d) 


This position can be hired eiter in Frankfurt, Glasgow or Madrid.



The S&OP Data Administrator is a supporting function to consolidate and analyse market forecast data as well as coordinating input and communication between key S&OP stakeholders. This function is a vital contributor to the S&OP process and is responsible for data and information availability to prepare and run S&OP and decision meetings. 


Main tasks include

  • Support S&OP Manager to run all relevant S&OP meetings
  • Responsible for compiling data from different sources and provide forecast files
  • Analyze data and provide candid insights
  • Support in preparing presentations and decision papers for S&OP and management meetings
  • Coordinate between finance, commercial and supply chain teams
  • Distributor support in terms of systems, logistic data and pricing
  • Ensure all information is available for smooth order processing

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related
  • First working experience in a multinational company analyzing and preparing data for presentation use
  • Supply Chain or finance knowledge
  • Experience working in a multinational virtual team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point, first SAP experience
  • Self starter with strong sense of ownership
  • Problem solver with attention to detail
  • Fluent English, additional language a plus
