Support Manager Finance – Sales in effectively collaborating with regions, support functions and commercial function to efficiently and effectively deliver sales finance function responsibilities. Bring about discipline of KPIs and work towards standardized ways of working across Regions of India.

Finance Executive – Sales is a key position in Commercial finance structure which will enables building / enhancement of key competencies like Commercial acumen, Stakeholder management, financial analysis, controlling and compliance .

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years of experience. Professionally qualified (MBA Finance from reputed institute) candidate will be preferred
• Role will involve moderate amount of travel103500
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS office tools; past experience in analytics will be an added advantage
• Self starter and thought leader to accomplish tasks in defined timelines
• Should be able to work with minimum supervision

• Assist Finance Manager – Sales with pan India MIS/ data analytic support by effectively collaborating with regional finance managers and Sales Planning and analysis function
• Track cross functional MIS impacting customers/ sales deliverables such as Past Dues of key customers, Margin dilutive spends across key customers, cities, states and Region
• Act as an interface between regional finance office and requirements at HO
• Support with data requirements for auditing purpose to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
• Identify process improvement to effectively and efficiently deliver functional responsibilities
• Support  Finance Manager – Sales with ad-hoc projects as and when required such as Training on Sales Finance topics
• Drive efficiency in claims servicing by partnering with regional finance, GBS and Sale
• Build efficiency and effectiveness in market payables such as market and trade reimbursements
• Tracking pan India agreement status relevant for the function and coordinate with concerned parties for required action.
• Provide analytical support with pricing decision and consequent impact thereof.
• To ensure with all regions that Customers reconciliation issues are timely resolved.
• Track pan India accrual aging and discuss corrective actions with region finance and sales.
• Consolidate monthly scorecard from region to publish pan India Finance scorecard
• Monitoring & follow-up with region finance to ensure all statutory requirements at pan India are under control (TDS/GST/VST/EVC/C-Forms, etc.)
• Track with regional finance monthly Stock reconciliation of depot inventory.
• Control over system master (customer/ tax/ price/ material)
• Ensure month end sales closing with region finance in line with revenue recognition policy
• Track rental pay outs with region in line with commitments and on-ground implementations
• Provide various MIS/ ad-hoc report to management/ sales as per requirements.
• Track internal control checklist with regional finance and consolidate pan India status
