Role Responsibilities

  • Lead Revenue Management analytics, identification of pricing, assortment, state x channel x brand mix, trade spend efficiency opportunities and cross-functional work to capture/monetise these
  • Coordinate projects to put in place Revenue Management analytical systems/tools, processes and ways of working, working closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing and International RevMan team
  • Be the agent of change interacting across the full spectrum of the organisation from MD to frontline sales
  • Be a thinking partner for Marketing and Sales team on development of mid to long-term product innovation pipeline with a view of optimising revenue and profit margin delivery  

Additional Responsibilities

  • Drives RGM efforts towards the design, development and implementation of portfolio optimization, segmentation, brand architectures, & pricing strategies that deliver topline revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Actively participate in Business Planning process contributing on commercial strategy and actively influencing the decision-making process.
  • Liaison with all stakeholders from commercial, marketing and finance. Be the agent of change interacting across the full spectrum of the organization from MD to frontline sales ensuring RGM strategies and key commercial activities are ‘in sync.’
  • Integrate all the available data sources to identify opportunity areas and help develop action plans.
  • Manage mid to long-term product innovation pipeline planning and delivery with a view of optimizing revenue and profit margin delivery


  • 10 years total experience with 5+ years related work experience in revenue management/commercial sales/commercial finance/category management.
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or business-related field (preferably MBA)
  • Working understanding of P&L levers & value chain modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to details
