What makes this a great opportunity?
This role will independently work on simple to moderately complex technical projects that will involve enhancements to SuccessFactors and may play a role in other People Technology projects. Primarily supporting the Onboarding and Employee Central modules, you will partner with Center of Excellence teams such as Total Rewards, People Solutions, Benefits and Mobility to ensure delivery of high impacting projects that will largely impact the employee experience. In addition, you will be secondary support to all other SuccessFactors modules and projects.
Role Responsibilities
1) Onboarding & Employee Central Support
• Responsible for logging all incoming ONB & EC change requests (enhancements or new features).
• Partnering with the Total Rewards and/or People Solutions teams when prioritizing work and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Complete simple to moderately complex configuration requests following established processes.
o Act as the business analyst for requests by helping to translate final processes into technical processes. Additionally lead the capturing of all business requirements and provide technical input on processes that are being defined.
o Technical project management for low complexity EC requests
o Technical support to yearly merit event and configuration
• Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues for all Primary and Secondary supported modules.
2) Training/Data/Other
• HRIS Testing Support for assigned projects
o Develop testing plan, including but not limited to:
o Timeline
o Scenarios
o Scripts
o Provide training and guidance to project team members
o Train testers to ensure successful outcomes for the projects
o Document/Report testing issues and ensure completion of all open issues
• Train People Solutions (“PS”) to appropriately support their needs for SuccessFactors
o Identify training needs
o Work closely with stakeholders to identify how best to train their team.
o Create training materials and conduct training
• Help create ONE global system
o Partner closely with Total Rewards, People Solutions Leads and HR Partners to continue to enhance their processes where it relates to Employee Central or Compensation Modules.
o Identifying reoccurring issues or problems that require training to eliminate.
o Proactively delivering new capabilities for the Total Rewards group that improve functional performance / improve data quality / reduce risk / enhance employee experience.
• When applicable, perform any mass load needs identified per Mass Load Guidelines/Process.
• Additional Responsibilities
o Actively learn and support additional modules as backup to primary support
Including but not limited to:
• Having the appropriate knowledge to serve as tier 2 support for all assigned backup modules
• Staying up to date on module configuration and enhancements to ensure holistic support coverage during projects assigned.
o Support Reporting break/fix in Success Factors as needed to backup our People Analytics team
Qualifications
Requirements
• 3+ years of SuccessFactors Onboarding & Employee Central Configuration and Support
• 3+ years of experience doing mass data loads in SuccessFactors
• Intermediate knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules configuration and support
• Basic understanding of main components of the SuccessFactors Talent and Recruiting Modules
• Formal training or certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding, Employee Central, and Compensation modules
• Experience working with multiple countries/languages
• 5+ years as part of an HR organization (in an HR functional role or an HRIS role) (preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work United States time zone as needed for projects and/or meetings
• Experience implementing or supporting HR Technology
• Knowledge of Total Rewards processes (preferred)
• Knowledge of HR end to end lifecycle processes for an employee (preferred)
• General Interface knowledge (preferred)
• General knowledge of IT processes and procedures (preferred)
