Mission of the Role
This position will support the Beam Suntory India offices related to facility management, providing essential services to functionality of the Head office and acting as a Key contact for all other regional offices. Working closely with Executive Assistant – MD’s office India, who is also the Admin lead, regional admin, local leadership team and other functions for the effective day to day facility management of offices across India.
This role will partner with internal business stakeholders and 3rd party agencies and relevant external stakeholders where required.

Role Responsibilities
To work with & indirectly manage HO and regional facility teams. Coordinate with the regional Admin coordinators and ensure consistency across locations in terms of services related to Security, Housekeeping, Office maintenance, Upkeep, Pantry services, Parking facility etc.
• Maintain of a safe and secure working environment.
• Manage relationships with Lessors across locations (including regional offices) in co-ordination with procurement teams
• Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the smooth operation of company offices across locations
• Managing general office upkeep and ensuring oversight of all regional offices
• Assist and ensure oversight of office related Projects lead by Admin… including any movement of offices if required in future – Pan India
• Establish robust maintenance schedules across offices. Furnish MIS to Admin Lead India. Work of actions items identified
• Custodian of office layout, blueprint handed over from contractors/ project management consultants – across locations
• Ensure maintenance and repairs of office related space and its systems, such as electrical, mechanical, office equipment, office furniture and fixtures, plumbing, fire hydrants, HVAC and so on.
• Be an effective partner in audit of facilities and addressal of action items originating from therein
• Development & standardization of office SOP’s as we transition into renovated workplaces. • To support Environmental health and safety (EHS) of office, inspect and monitor environment, equipment’s and processes to ensure compliance with respect to safety as per applicable government rules and regulations and industry standards.
• Regular inspection of Fire extinguishers, fire NOC renewals etc.
Qualifications
This role requires over 5-6 years working in a similar role in facility management
• Bachelor’s Degree is a mandate
• Consumer Packaged Goods experience is a plus (though not limited to FMCG)
• Strong Multi-tasking ability to participate in concurrent programs in an agile environment
• Strong organization and prioritization skills along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with large number of team members & stakeholders
• Strong knowledge in MS tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MSPS
