What Makes this a Great Opportunity

This position will support the Business Process Re-engineering Manager in timely execution of the BPR Initiatives. Will help in driving discussions with the concerned stakeholders, follow up on the action items, perform data analytics, assist in preparation of policy documents, review existing processes and identify opportunities of improvement.  

This role will partner with internal business stakeholders and 3rd party agencies and relevant external stakeholders where required.

 

Role Responsibilities  

Change Management

  • Assist in implementation and follow through on the process improvement recommendations
  • Work with the IT team and business to provide support in IT change management.
  • Ensure all alignments (Global and Local) are in place before the change management is initiated

 

Robust Controls framework

  • Continuous review of process to identify gaps, gaps identified by compliance team to be taken into considering while collating all the gaps.
  • Define remediation controls for the gaps identified during various process assessments.
  • Access / Spreadsheet / System / Process controls
  • Authority Matrix gaps identification and remediation.

 

Implementation Assessment

  • Ensure that new ways of working are being followed
  • Review the adherence with the to be processes and documentation being maintained
  • Assess the level of efficiency achieved with change management and identify additional opportunities of bring more efficiency in ways of working.

 

User Training and Sustenance

  • Claim submission
  • Accruals Management
  • Periodic review of processes to identify opportunities to streamline and make the processes more robust, agile and efficient

 

 

Qualifications & Experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 1-2 years of work experience in Multinational environment. Diverse experience in handling process assessments & reviews, design & operative effectiveness assessments and gaps remediation with efficiency as a focus area. Experience in process improvement domain will be preferred

 

Job Specific Competencies

  • Strong Communication and presentation skills, this is integral to the role.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • SAP knowledge will be added benefit
