Mission of Role 
•    This Treasury Front Office position will handle and support treasury operations both regionally and domestically.
•    The position will ensure that activities within its scope are performed timely and accurately.
•    A strong internal controls mindset is required.
•    Support internal and external audits, as well as Know Your Customer (KYC) reviews from banks.
•    Engage in process optimization and re-engineering with treasury systems, being part of the team for process improvements.

Role Responsibilities

•    Execute and manage foreign exchange (FX) transactions. Report annual exposures and hedging alternatives to the Treasury group to mitigate currency risk.
•    Lead the liquidity position for the company in India as well as other funding needs for other markets (Taiwan, Singapore, China, Korea, Thailand) ensuring the most efficient use of funds, whether through intercompany funding or Bank borrowings. Ensure cash flows forecast are timely shared and tracked for variances vs. actuals.
•    Maintain banking relations: support the manager with pricing analysis and negotiations, ensuring proper documentation compliance with KYC and anti-money laundering regulations.
•    Collaborate with GBS (Accounting, Treasury Back Office and reporting). 
•    Serve as the administrator for internet banking (banking portals) and other treasury systems.
•    Participate in and support other corporate projects.

Qualifications

•    Education: University degree on Economics or Business Administration. 
•    Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Treasury role, ideally regional. 
•    Additional Qualifications Desired: MBA; Proficiency in SAP FICO; advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Kyriba treasury management software or other similar systems is desired.
