Role Responsibilities

The Cloud Security Analyst is a key member of the Global Information Security team reporting to the Cloud Security Manager. The Cloud Security Analyst will interface with peers in the security team as well as other members of the broader technology team. Cloud Security Operations activities including:
o    Continuous monitoring of cloud security posture in CASB and cloud native security tools (Azure and GCP).
o    Maintain cloud security operations by reviewing alerts, manage false-positives and coordinate with SOC for incident response.
o    Monitor policies in CASB and cloud native security tools, make recommendations to improve cloud security posture.
o    Investigate and analyze existing cloud structures and creating new and enhanced security methods that will enhance the security of cloud-based environments.    
o    Report generation based on cloud secure score, cloud policies and recommendations for security & compliance, and share with the appropriate stakeholders for actions.
o    Support DLP program by reviewing alerts, monitoring policies and make recommendations to improve data protection security posture.
o    Other activities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Security discipline
  • 2+ year experience with CASB, Cloud Security and/or DLP tools (Microsoft DLP and/or Forcepoint DLP)
  • Knowledge of GCP and Azure environments
  • Experience maintaining corporate policies
  • Experience testing or auditing technical controls
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Azure, GCP and/or cloud security certifications preferred
