Role Responsibilities

 

1. Accomplish volume, profit and operational goals.

  • To deliver monthly sales and profit goals per brand and per sku while maintaining inventory levels aligned to BSI policy and channel plans.

2. Lead & support our operations plans.

  • Execution of trade marketing and sales plans through the merchandisers and/or sales force from customers.
  • Coordinate brand initiatives in the point of sale and/or customers’ sales force.

3. Develop and enhance customer relationship

  • Develop and maintain relationships with the different customer key stakeholders for optimal execution capability
  • Develop and maintains excellent relationships with buyers at the wholesaler accounts.
  • Develop and execute plans that help the assigned account(s) to buy and deplete at faster than market rate the BSI portfolio, especially the focus brands.

Qualifications

 

  • Education- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineer.
  • Years of experience 3 – 5  years in the industry.
  • Level of Experience: Sales Executive, KAM, or similar.
  • Industry experience
  • Travel.- no needed up to 50%.( need to be traveling to visit local and foreign stores, as well as going out with customers' vendors on their local and foreign routes).
  • Other qualifications – Negotiation and communication skills, analytical mindset, people management and high expertise in excel
