Role Responsibilities
1.Accomplish volume, profit and operational goals.
•To deliver monthly sales and profit goals per brand and per sku while maintaining inventory levels aligned to BSI policy and channel plans.
•To lead implementation of the brands strategies and tactics to ensure excellence in execution in key sales drivers (pricing, shelf, displays and promotion).
•Able to analyze information regarding sales, margins, inventories, pricing, competition, and market indicators to generate deep customers’ understanding and propose solutions.
2.Lead & support our operations plans.
•Perfect execution of trade marketing and sales plans through the merchandisers and/or sales force from customers.
•Coordinate brand initiatives in the point of sale and/or customers’ sales force.
•Align Customers and BSI strategies to ensure the proper execution branch by branch and in every single POS.
•Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, On Premise, Supply and finance to get alignment and move customers plans forward.
3.Develop and enhance customer relationship
•Develop and maintain relationships with the different customer key stakeholders for optimal execution capability.
•Develop and maintains excellent relationships with buyers at the wholesaler accounts.
•Daily, monthly, and quarterly review and supervision of the business kpi’s to develop and implement the right business strategies to deliver results according to the Plan.
•Evaluate and acknowledge self-performance through monthly/quarterly/yearly performance review.
•Develop and execute plans that help the assigned account(s) to buy and deplete at faster than market rate the BSI portfolio, especially the focus brands.
•Collaborate with Account Receivable team to ensure account remains current.
•To develop and execute plans that incentivize key stakeholders (owners, managers, buyers, and in-house merchandisers) within the customer’s sales force to drive share of mind and improved performance.
•To implement attractive and innovative promotional plan in accordance with the brands strategies.
•To identify opportunities across the customer’s clients to outperform key volume drivers.
•To ensure implementation and perfect executions of brand activation in the POS.
•To conduct regular visits to POS to ensure correct execution of plans, pricing and promotion.
•To Leverage category insights to drive best-in-class shelf space and assortment while providing recommendations to assigned accounts on optimizing shelf positioning.
•To understand the competitive landscape and always working to gain a competitive advantage through creative programming, merchandising, and events.
•To lead the selection, placement, and replenishment of POS for assigned accounts to obtain maximum profitability, market share, and sales depletions.
•To work with local Commercial Finance area to utilize analytical tools to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and assess ROI.
•Leverages BI, Pricing and T&E budgets to plan and manage spend against account opportunities.
•Works with local Regional Sales Op Analyst to utilize analytical tools to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
Qualifications
•Preferable Bachelor degree.
•Fluent English Written & spoken
•Years of experience 3 – 5 years in the industry.
•Level of Experience: Sales Executive, KAM, or similar.
•Industry experience- Desirable, not mandatory.
•Travel.- no needed up to 50%.( need to be traveling to visit local and foreign stores, as well as going out with customers' vendors on their local and foreign routes).
•Other qualifications – Negotiation and communication skills, analytical mindset, people management and high expertise in excel
