The Senior DTC Activation Specialist is responsible for leading marketing and sales strategies for Direct-to-Consumer platforms, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and commercial targets. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager of DTC, the role involves developing annual marketing and sales plans, managing relationships with paid media agencies, leveraging first-party data to refine strategies, and achieving monthly sales targets. The manager collaborates across teams to enhance the consumer experience, leading on digital campaigns and launches. Additionally, the role includes managing merchandising plans and identifying innovative opportunities for growth
Role Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager of DTC, the Senior DTC Activation Specialist is the marketing and sales lead for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms, ensuring seamless execution of the sales and marketing plan.
- Develop and implement the annual DTC marketing and sales plan, aligning with brand objectives and commercial targets.
- Onboard and manage relationships with paid media agencies to drive and optimise multi-channel DTC media strategies, including search and programmatic advertising.
- Leverage first-party consumer data, collaborating with the CRM Manager to refine and optimize sales-out plans.
- Proactively implement strategies to achieve monthly sales targets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless consumer experience across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent brand presence.
- Lead the execution of digital campaigns and launches, monitoring performance metrics, analysing results, and making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Partner with the DTC Operations Manager to ensure robust plans are in place for key product launches throughout the year.
- Work closely with the Customer Response team to analyse customer feedback, preferences, and behaviours, using insights to improve marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage the merchandising plan in collaboration with Brand teams to deliver value beyond the liquid.
- Stay abreast of digital and consumer trends, identifying innovative opportunities for engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or DTC sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage first-party data to optimize sales-out plans.
- Proficiency in managing paid media strategies and agency relationships.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and paid media platforms is a plus.
