Role Responsibilities
In the role of Senior HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- First point of contact for HR inquiries from our employees.
- Independently handle and clarify general inquiries to the HR department.
- Advise on, interpret and manage contracts, policies and procedures
- (Co-) responsibility for regional HR programs and policies, including contracts, benefits, pensions, onboarding and offboarding, document management, relocation, etc., partly in cooperation with the respective departments and external partners
- Preparation of monthly payroll changes
- Cooperation with the works council in the implementation of individual personnel measures
- Responsibility for time recording, vacation administration, as well as HR data and HR process management on the relevant platforms
- General support of the HR Business Partner
- Questioning the status quo and improving our HR services
Qualifications
You are a team player, you are well versed in the HR world, you can make decisions and have a hands-on mentality, you are well versed with HR systems and the MS Office package. You can work well in a dynamic environment and have an eye for detail. You communicate confidently in German and English and ideally you have already had exposure to matrix organizations or a shared service environment.
Your Experience:
- Substantial experience in a similar function in the field of Human Resources.
- Confident written and verbal communication in English and German
- Completed university studies or comparable professional training in the field of human resources or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of German employment law and HR administration
- Experience working with HR systems - preferably SuccessFactors
- Experience with a shared service environment preferred
