Join the Supply Chain Fulfillment Team based in Frankfurt Office. This role is responsible for Supply Planning of the German & Austrian Business Unit for a dedicated product group. As a member of our agile, collaborative, and internationally oriented Supply Team you will take the lead of continuous and efficient supply of our great products into our market. There is a strong collaboration with our Operating Units, central planning teams, commercial colleagues, and 3rd Party contacts.


Role Responsibilities

  • Sets priorities in relation to the planning cycle, ensuring that key stakeholders deliver all inputs at the correct level of detail and time horizon.
  • Demonstrates technical expertise with the ability to help and support the SNP community to monitor, analyses and adjusts the key parameters in the planning systems to build and improve overall supply plan.
  • Uses APO-SNP and linked alert monitor to create and release an SNP plan (considering constraints) to allow OU to perform detailed production planning, deployment and TLB to create replenishment plan.
  • Coordination of Co Packing processes with internal & external stakeholders (3PL)
  • Updates APO / MRP parameters to ensure plans are consistent with defined SNP policy.
  • Reviews forecast consumption to ensure stock is managed appropriately and identifies potential service risks through OOS, developing action plans as necessary to mitigate risk and prevent reoccurrences.
  • Participates in supply reviews to identify and manage issues and risks, escalating as appropriate for resolution.
  • Ensuring effective communication of a rolling 18 - 24-month supply plan to Global operations.
  • Ensures join-up within all aspects of the Demand, Supply Network and Operation Planning to provide a clear reflection of supply capabilities and constraints to drive and support business.
  • Supports the delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) with external and internal partners.
  • Align supply plan to demand signal and identifies risks that may affect our ability to meet customer demand or drive adverse cost.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Communication skills (high level of cross-multi-functional teams within the entire Supply Chain Network).
  • Analytical skills to consolidate tables and analyse gaps

  • Able positively manage tension even in challenging situations
  • Ability to command respected and trust by senior management.
  • Assertive and decisive



  • HND level or equivalent
  • University degree (desirable)
  • Previous exposure to Supply Planning is a must
  • Good understanding of company networks and working in an international matrix function



  • Fluent English and German, written and spoken
