What makes this a great opportunity?

  • Establish a new RGM function in Germany. This role will set the framework, agenda and drive revenue management capability across the functions within the market
  • Increase the efficiency of Gross-to-Net and strengthen revenue realization of the business in order to generate fuel to fund continued investments in the brands.
  • Assessing RGM market maturity and the identification of quick wins and opportunities across the market, both short and long term.
  • This role utilizes CATMAN and other insights to develop and recommend Revenue Realization improvement opportunities specifically in relation to trade terms. Develop the appropriate commercial strategies to address these opportunity areas.
  • Embed the international Beam Suntory Revenue Growth Management (RGM) approach, systems and tools in market.
  • Help develop the optimum Beam Suntory RGM approach through feedback and best practice sharing with the International team.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and embed RGM processes and framework across five key building blocks
    • Drive pricing recommendations in line with Global guidelines and local market opportunity.
    • Develop with Commercial leads, the Customer trade investment strategy
    • Lead Promotional Evaluation and ROI
    • Optimise Customer Mix and range
    • Review Pack and Price opportunities including, sku optimization opportunities, pack size pricing and potential white spaces for pack innovation.
  • Identify and cultivate specific, measurable opportunities and scenarios to increase revenue realization through application of mix modeling and associated strategies.
  • Develop program and roadmap to implement RGM framework to capture revenue realization opportunities.
  • Utilize the International playbook and tools to support building RGM capabilities and awareness across all functions, particularly across sales, marketing and finance, to ensure joined up and alignment on revenue growth strategy development.
  • Embed and help refine tools and presentation formats for commercial cycle e.g. Customer segmentation, Promo analysis, analytics and modeling tools (TPM). etc
  • Play a vital role in creating engagement in RGM both in market but also support efforts of building international RGM community of best practice sharing



Qualifications & Experience


  • RGM Manager experience in an CPG environment
  • Knowledge of the German retail environment and key retail customers
  • Ideally additional cross functional experience in a commercial function 
  • Proven track record of driving insight to commercial change and benefit
  • Strong Power point Presentation experience (including preparation and delivery)
  • Proficiency with Windows and MS Office including advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong language skills fluent in written & spoken German and English.



  • Strong analytical and organizational skills effectively manage & manipulate large amounts of data across multiple currencies to create actionable & commercial insights
  • Ability to dissect and analyze large volumes of data to extract key challenges & develop suggestions for improvement.
  • Ability to partner, educate and influence with key stakeholders, especially Commercial & Finance functions
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a wider team
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix environment, collaborating and working with the different local function, international business unit and global teams.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with an advanced knowledge of the MS Office
  • Cultural awareness & good interpersonal skills.
