What makes this a great opportunity?

This role is a great opportunity to work closely with Sales and the different customers (off-trade, on-trade, eCom) and to work in a local market and understand the specificities in an RTM organisation.

 

Role Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Business partner to Sales by providing financial support in developing business strategy, sustainable growth, managing and improving profitability and compliance
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly Management Reporting packages, including insightful analytics and commentary that improve decision making.
  • Coordinate and support preparation of the Budget and Forecast for the German market, including preparation of roll-ups, trends and gap analyses; strive for an efficient process that creates the necessary time for meaningful analytics.
  • Different kind of analyses: Adhoc customer P&L, Promotion ROI, Investment tracking
  • Track and monitor risks and opportunities in the market, by using the regular planning and reporting of actual results, as well as relationships with the commercial teams
  • Support the Sales team in respect to pricing (incl. trade terms), customer profitability, commercial positioning, customer negotiation, budget and risk management
  • Support the improvement of profitability through robust KPI measurement and continuous enhancements of our initiatives and promotion strategy
  • Identify and implement best financial practices
  • Support regional and global IT projects as required

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • MS Office skills required
  • Accounting and control knowledge
  • Sound commercial understanding
  • No problems in managing ambiguity
  • Preferably degree in Business or Economics
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and German (speak, read, write).
  • Position is based in Frankfurt
