Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and form the entire Premium Marketing Team & Premium Portfolio
  • Lead and drive the our premiumisaton and excellence agenda - develop and improve fully integrated plans across multiple consumer touchpoints
  • Drive quality of execution across all touchpoints
  • Lead & Develop a team of approx. 5 people
  • Partner with Global Brand Houses as PBMC in order to develop proposition, activations, commercical plans and long term road maps
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales to provide best in class Activation Concepts and implementation
  • Oversee & steer a complex Brand & Channel/customer matrix - allocate ressources (BI & people) in the best possible way
  • take care for the day to day basics (Budget Planning and control, Forecasting, implementation planning, etc.)

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent
  • > 7 years of consumer marketing & trade marketing experience, preferably in international FMCG companies, beverages and/or spirits industry or categories with strong emotional premium Marketing relevance
  • Ideally additional sales experiences
  • Being conceptual and pragmatic when required
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent (spoken & written) in German and English
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, additional experience in working in matrix organization preferred
  • Experience in project management (incl. usage of respective tools and methods)
  • Experience in managing a complex portfolio with a structured approach
  • Demonstrated personal characteristics to be self-starter, flexible and highly motivated
  • Proven team player with strong collaborative approach - to lead, build, drive and inspire
