Role Responsibilities


We will lead the industry in creating luxury/super premium brand experience in iconic accounts in influential cities.


Responsible for managing 35-45 Influential accounts, such as high-end hotels and iconic restaurants will be assigned, finding luxury accounts new opportunities which will be adding to your responsible accounts.  The goal of the position is to increase brand awareness, trial, and affinity by securing distribution at back bar and securing menus.  Executing Brand events for trade, non-premise & consumers as well as Staff Trainings are crucial to attain their engagement toward our targeted brands.  


The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who can work cross-functionally to achieve the On-Premise Team’s priority initiatives, deliver impactful results, and build key relationships for our brands. The role is consumer, customer and distributor-facing and will require active communication, collaboration, and leadership in a matrixed environment.



  • Build deep relationships with influential on-premise accounts and provide unparalleled customer-focused service
  • Deliver an integrated, multi-level and coordinated marketing and sales approach to customers and consumers
  • Implement “East meets West” drink strategy and purse high-quality drinking experience at a point of consumption
  • Drive usage of actionable category insights, industry trends and deliver customer-first brand solutions
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Team on prioritization, account list, and activities to drive on-premise priority luxury/premium brands onto spec lists and into seasonal promotions/LTOs
  • Collaborate and communicate with distributor partner under the guidance of the local sales team
  • Achieve assigned distribution, volume and training/event KPI goals in the time allotted.
  • Work closely with marketing team(s) to create brand assets in assigned accounts for priority brands to enable and successfully execute staff training, menu and feature printing, back bar management and merchandising.

  • Performance in assigned accounts – Distribution, Menu Placements, Events, Training, NSV & DGP achievement
  • Number of new menu placements and brand features
  • Number of new targeted points of distribution
  • Execution of high visibility, high impact promotional trade, consumer, non-premise events
  • Trade educational seminars / training sessions


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in the alcoholic beverage industry – On-Trade or Distributor preferred
  • Proven track record of results in on-premise customer management
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, Creativity, Collaboration
  • Experience with Influential Customers and/or Channel Management experience
  • An understanding of category management and its applications
  • Effective Budget Management Capabilities
  • Advanced computer skills especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Working knowledge of Social Media and commercial application.
  • A valid driver's license to drive a motor vehicle is required
