Role Responsibilities

• Electrical and Controls Engineering Manager for the Booker Noe, Clermont, and FBN Facilities located in Boston and Clermont, KY.
• Manage 4 Electrical and Controls Engineers and 2 Controls Technicians
• Be able to write, contribute to, and enforce plant and corporate standards.
• Support Capital Projects both as a direct report to the project team or as a technical expert resource to all other capital projects that your team members may be working on.
• Contribute to the 3, 5 and 12-year capital plans.
• Understanding of Early Engineering Management or Vertical Start Up Methodology.
• Support the needs of operations and maintenance in the Distillation, Bottling, Processing, and Warehouse Departments.
• Review Electrical Work Orders weekly with the Electrical and Controls Team to support the operations and maintenance needs.
• Partner with Safety Teams and work on classified areas as it related to electrical installations
• Work with local IT / OT Support Teams to execute networks up to the company standards with both hardware and software needs.
• Support the Digital Manufacturing Team with MES and CMMS initiatives.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree Required
• Past leadership in managing teams required
• Expertise in ControlLogix, CompactLogix, and MicroLogix Controllers
• Strong Knowledge of Flex5000 and Point IO
• Understand how to support PLC-5’s and SLC’s
• Experience in Studio5000
• Strong knowledge of PlantPAx Standards
• Must have experience in Factory Talk AssetCentre , Viewtalk, and Administration Console
• Expert in Aveva Wonderware HMI’s focused on OMI and object based InTouch applications
• Knowledge of ThinManager Software managing HMI Access and Application Control.  Managing security within this system is a must
• SeQuent Experience

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge of Aveva Historian
• A strong understanding of both IT and OT Networks is needed.
• Knowledge of Cisco CPwF Model is required
• A strong understanding of Rockwell Stratix Network Switches is needed
• Support the OT Security Team with plant initiatives.
• A strong knowledge of Layer 2 and 3 Switches and their configuration with a focus on the Rockwell Stratix Series
