Commercial finance will have the opportunity to support  commercial team by providing high-quality analysis and information to enable informed decision-making that will have a direct impact on the Sales (Sell in and Sell out) and financial performance of a business. 

Ensure accountability for the entire rebates and conditions upload including the maintenance of the templates, lead OFF and On-trade credit note process. Support the Mexico Controller during the Selling Cost Audit while accompanying the transformation agenda in BSM.
 

Role Responsibilities

•Develop and update financial tools to track the commercial performance. 
•Support decision-making through high quality, on time and clear data. 
•Reviewing and evaluating headline and promotional prices insight to ensure we are maximizing value versus competitors, generating correct rates per case and price perception of our brands. 
•Use available market and consumer insights data to analyze competitor pricing trends and develop insights to support decision making and change. 
•Supporting Finance and Commercial teams in identifying risks and opportunities in our top line (Trade investment).
•Maintain a tight controls environment to the conditions pre and post upload and the documentation support.
•Support SGS Controller on the balance sheet reconciliation for Rebates. 
•Manage relations with the market Controller and any other key stakeholders across SGS.
•Maintain a rock-solid control environment. Support internal and external audits as needed

Qualifications

•University Business degree.
•Fluent English Written & spoken
•Min 2 years business finance/accounting/controlling experience 
•Strong organizational skills: high attention to details, consistent follow through
•Strong MS Office and Excel skills; experience with SAP 
•Solid verbal and written communication with stakeholders
•Hands-on work experience with managing conditions and experience in controlling will be considered an advantage.
•Strong analytical & organizational skills, effectively manage large amounts of data to create actionable & commercial insights
•Ability to dissect and analyze large volumes of data to extract key challenges & develop suggestions for improvement.
