What makes this a great opportunity?
Reporting to the Marketing Director. Will manage strategic brands for Mexico growth, managing It will liaise with regional Marketing management and will ensure brand alignment in Tequila Brands.
This position will lead the strategy through brand plans with strong commercial acumen and an obsession for execution, to ensure strategy delivering exceptional in-market brand performance. Balancing consumer centricity delight consumers at every touch point. A strong communicator and collaborator, the Sr. Brand manager needs to align the brand’s marketing community behind a compelling brand strategy while ensuring that local insights and ‘jobs to be done’ are clearly addressed in the Brand House work.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure leadership of its brands within category while improving brand Power growth parameters (Meaningful, Difference).
- Strong commercial acumen, networking and skills to lead and support the commercial strategy.
- Ensure P&L targets accomplishment.
- Gain sustainably scale of new brands/variants generating desire ahead of distribution.
- Set annual and long-term vision and align with key local & international stakeholders.
- Manage brand investments on the category.
- Collaborate with international / global teams to leverage best practices, share knowledge and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a relationship with key internal partners (MK, research, Trade MK, Commercial, Finance, logistic, LT, etc.) and external stakeholders (agencies, wholesalers, clients, etc.).
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience on different marketing positions of increasing responsibility.
- Brand management & specialist functions expertise/close collaboration (research, Media, Digital, PR)
- Professionally grown up in marketing school company (top FMCGs)
- Demonstrable achievements in growing brands and managing complex brand portfolios within a matrixed organization requiring strong cross functional collaboration.
- Experience of P&L decision making and demonstrated track record of engaging effectively with commercial partners to drive alignment and performance.
